Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe is a family-run business offering a large selection
of USDA choice or perfectly aged beef, grade A poultry, USDA pork, processed meats,
and other fine products. You'll find a wide selection of smoked meat products, produced
in our very own sausage kitchen. We custom smoke all wild game. We also offer custom
venison processing - giving sportsmen many options including sausages, jerky, wieners and more.
Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe is a member of the Minnesota Association of Meat Processors.
We've been serving the Rochester area since 1974.
